I was very happy to find this website. Wow, nice job Carolyn! In the future, I will make a point to select food items that I now know to be more to my liking than others. Thank you for sharing! By chewing your food slowly and putting your fork and knife down between bites you will eat fat less food at each meal because you will notice faster when you are full.
2. Forget About Working Out
I find that I want to eat only very small portions. The only thing that has been difficult is getting used to my new appetite. I've been throwing out a lot of my food because I physically feel like I cannot eat that much, and if I do eat too much then I don't feel so good. However, I'm learning to keep all my meals small and frequent (just like I should have been doing all along!).
