Honestly, I said the same thing in the beginning, then I did the math. It is still okay to use what is provided to help you eat balanced, and if you find that you either maintain or lose, you would simply increase quantities. I do not have the appetite for those places any longer. Sugar , from its first appearance in Europe, was viewed as much as a drug as a sweetener; its long-lived medieval reputation as an exotic luxury encouraged its appearance in elite contexts accompanying meats and other dishes that to modern taste are more naturally savoury. Expensive diabetic foods generally offer no special benefit.
However, I'm learning to keep all my meals small and frequent (just like I should have been doing all along!). I plan to definitely buy this product again, I really love it and finally, I've successfully changed my eating lifestyle. Dieting is Out. Dieting sucks.
