Hi Linda — I would recommend calling Nutrisystem customer service: They debited my account without being told and never asked me to pick out my menu. I enjoyed the program and have reached the goal weight I set. I waited long years to be able to use your system and without any warning I already am loosing not pounds but money. I did not want to hang up and re-live the whole mess of trying to reach someone.
I am now on there again to what the computer is saying will be another 10 minutes. I would never use this company again. The dinner are awful, breakfast and lunch are good, snacks are hit and miss, but none of it is worth the money. Sorry to hear that that was your experience.
