And a Host of Other Health Problems!

Human Rights of Vulnerable Sections
Five years before Humanae Vitae, the papal commission was examining its view on marriage and looking to update its teachings. At least one person, Jeanne Calment, is known to have reached the age of years; higher ages have been claimed but they are not well substantiated. Certainly, I would approach autoimmune disease differently than I would approach fungal overgrowth. In the latest period, the major types of complaints have been: Audio-visual technology and aural messages can be used to present or reinforce the message.

Human being

Persons with the genetic disorder phenylketonuria PKU cannot metabolize phenylalanine. This leads to dangerously high levels of phenylalanine in the brain sometimes lethal. It has been shown that ingesting aspartame, especially along with carbohydrates, can lead to excess levels of phenylalanine in the brain even in persons who do not have PKU.

This presents a serious problems since high levels of phenylalanine in the brain can cause the levels of serotonin to decrease, leading to emotional disorders such as depression. It has been shown in human clinical trials that phenylalanine levels of the blood are increased significantly in those who chronically use aspartame. Even a single use of aspartame raised the blood phenylalanine levels.

In his testimony before the U. Elsas showed that high blood phenylalanine can be concentrated in parts of the brain and is especially dangerous for infants and fetuses. He also showed that phenylalanine is metabolized much more efficiently by rodents than by humans. Thus, rodent studies showing minimal effects of phenylalanine should be considered with a grain of salt. Blaylock, a professor of neurosurgery at the Medical University of Mississippi, has cited scientific references to show how excess free excitatory amino acids such as aspartic acid in our food supply are causing serious chronic neurological disorders and a myriad of other acute symptoms.

Aspartate from aspartic acid acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain but too much of it can kill certain neurons by allowing too calcium into the cells, which triggers an onslaught of free radical damage. This influx triggers excessive amounts of free radicals, which kill the cells. Thus, aspartame ingestion has been associated with a number of neurological defects such as memory loss, multiple sclerosis, headaches, vision problems, dementia, brain lesions, and more. One common complaint of persons suffering from the effect of aspartame is memory loss.

Ironically, in , G. Searle, the manufacturer of aspartame, undertook a search for a drug to combat memory loss caused by excitatory amino acid damage. Methanol is gradually released in the small intestine when the methyl group of aspartame encounters the enzyme chymotrypsin. To make matters worse, methanol is then broken down into formic acid and formaldehyde in the body. Formaldehyde is a deadly neurotoxin. In the body, methanol is oxidized to formaldehyde and formic acid; both of these metabolites are toxic.

To give you some perspective, a one-liter bottle of Diet Coke contains about 56 mg of methanol. Heavy users of aspartame-containing products consume as much as mg of methanol daily or 32 times the EPA limit! Symptoms from methanol poisoning include headaches, ear buzzing, dizziness, nausea, gastrointestinal disturbances, weakness, vertigo, chills, memory lapses, numbness and shooting pains in the extremities, behavioral disturbances, and neuritis.

The most well known problems from methanol poisoning are vision problems including misty vision, progressive contraction of visual fields, blurring of vision, retinal damage, and blindness. Formaldehyde, on its own, is a known carcinogen, causes retinal damage, interferes with DNA replication and causes birth defects.

Another reason is that no scientist in their right mind would subject human beings to ingesting these poisons just to see what happens. In fact, we humans lack a couple of key methanol-related enzymes, making more sensitive to the toxic effects of methanol than animals. Therefore, tests of aspartame or methanol on animals do not accurately reflect the danger for humans. As pointed out by Dr. Monte was so concerned about the safety issues of methanol and aspartame that he filed suit with the FDA requesting a hearing to address these issues.

He asked the FDA to…. Aspartame also becomes more dangerous inside the human body when it has previously been heated about 86 degrees F. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this information is critical for you to understand.

Consistently deliver client results. Skills Which skills are required to consistently deliver client results? So you break it down into….

Students spend two weeks on practice 1. Then two weeks on practice 2. These are just two examples from our personal coaching program and Level 2 professional certification program. Over the course of each program we build dozens of other skills through very specific and well-defined daily practices.

The best practices are small daily actions that can be done in the context of real life. Anything lower and the practice is too challenging or intimidating. Most goals are too big, or complicated, to try for in one go.

Most skills are the same way. So you break them down into defined and organized segments. Breaking things down into segments is great. But you also have to practice those segments in the right order. So start with thing 1, then do thing 2, then thing 3, and so on.

Do the right things in the right order and success is a reliable outcome. Think this process sounds slow? Fact is, if your practices are strategic, the whole process goes quicker.

Focus on that one thing—and only that thing—and a difficult process becomes easier and faster. More on each of these in a minute. Want to try out the Precision Nutrition process for building skills? You can always consult an expert later on to help you nail down the segments, sequence, and strategy.

For now, just have some fun and see what you come up with. On the other hand, the following ingredients breed success: Moving forward takes courage. In our coaching programs we provide that kind of support when you need it via coaches, mentors, and workshop leaders. We all know accountability—regularly checking in with someone—is important. The social commitment helps us stick with what we started. But did you know accountability works best if it happens at regular, expected times?

Whether through an app, in a group, or one-on-one, accountability should have a known cadence. They want a guide, a coach, someone they trust and respect. They just want the confidence of knowing someone is there if they need it. Clients also get to work with me and Dr. Because the synthesis of food occurs in presence of sunlight.
